The disclosure
Vermont Composting participates in affiliate programmes, including the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. When you buy through certain links here we may earn a commission. The price you pay is the same either way.
What it does not affect
Commission rates play no part in what gets recommended, in what order, or in how it is described. Where a product has a real flaw, the flaw is stated whether or not the link earns anything. Where the honest recommendation is to buy nothing, that is what the page says.
Where you will see it
Any page carrying affiliate links displays a disclosure above the fold, before the content, not only in the footer.
